How it works

 

Step 1

 
Product selection
Estimate
  • Once product is selected, an in-home measure will be scheduled at your convenience.
  • An estimate will be provided shortly following your measure.
 

Step 2

 
Order process
  • Approve your estimate and agree to move forward with service
  • Sign any necessary paperwork and provide a 50% down payment
  • Upon payment, you'll be given a tentative week for install. At this point, you can provide input on your desired installation timeline.
Schedule
  • The materials needed for your project will be ordered.
  • You will be contacted the week prior to be given the confirmed date of your install service. You will also be notified if an earlier or more convenient installation date has opened up.
- Openings occur when other jobs are completed early, delayed or cancelled and we’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance of an available opening.

Step 3

 
Installation
Installation Day is here! You will be given a 3-hour time window the day before installation of when the crew will arrive. Be certain you’ve made all necessary arrangements before our arrival (furniture removal, etc) based on our pre-determined plans.

Complete payment
Card payments can be completed in-store or online. Physical payments (i.e. cash, check) can be paid directly with the installer or in-store.
