First, we'll send out a professional to measure your room, check for any potential problems, and determine how much material is needed. We'll then need to remove existing flooring.
Next, we'll need to make sure the subfloor is clean, flat, smooth, and ready for your tile installation. If the subfloor is not concrete, concrete backer boards will need to be installed before tile can be placed.
Finally, we'll start to install your tile. Our installers will cut and trim each individual tile, spreading mortar and grout as they place them. Once the tile is placed, it will need time to cure and solidify, so you should avoid having anyone walk on it for at least 48 hours.
Although the installation process can be noisy, messy, lengthy, and inconvenient, the end result will be well worth it—a beautiful new floor that is yours to enjoy for many years to come.
